Delivery & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

My3dshadow offers two delivery options: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.

  • Free Shipping sitewide for Standard Shipping

    If you need your custom piece sooner, we recommend choosing Expedited Shipping: $29.99

  • The exact shipping cost for certain remote areas will be confirmed at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my custom jewelry?

Each piece is made to order with care. After placing your order, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping takes about 4–7 business days.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please email  support@my3dshadow.com with your order number and updated address.
If your order has already shipped, we’re sorry — we won’t be able to change the shipping address.

What should I do if my order tracking information is not updated?

This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated. Please try again later to see if the information has been updated. If there is no movement within a week, please feel free to contact us at support@my3dshadow.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes! Our 99-Day Guarantee Policy starts from the day you place your order. You may return your order at no extra cost if:

  • The customized product does not match your submitted order details

  • There are quality issues (e.g., unclear craftsmanship)

  • You received the wrong item

Will I have to pay any fees to return my order?

Because our products are customized, return fees vary:

  • Within 48 hours of order: Free cancellation

  • After 48 hours (before shipping): 30% customization fee applies

  • For product defects or errors: All costs are covered by My3dshadow

How do I request a refund or return?

To request an order cancellation, modification, or refund, please contact us at support@my3dshadow.com. Our customer service team will review your request and confirm the order details.
Once confirmed, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned via your original payment method.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to quality issues.

What if the order is damaged?

Please contact our customer service and provide your order number as well as photos of the damaged product.We will assist you solve this problem.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once our customer service team confirms your refund details, it will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued back to your original payment method.

The currency on our website is U.S. dollars by default.

About Order

How can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Within 48 hours of placing your order, you may cancel or modify it free of charge. Simply contact us at  support@my3dshadow.com with your order number and the changes you wish to make (such as personalization details or shipping address).

 

After 48 hours, as your order enters our production process to ensure timely delivery, you can still request a change or cancellation before the product is shipped. However, a 30% customization fee (based on product price) will apply. Please note that customization and production will be rescheduled from the date of the revised order.

 

Once your order has entered the shipping process, we’re sorry—but we are no longer able to make changes or cancellations. However, if there is a quality issue or the wrong item is delivered, you may choose a replacement at no additional cost.

How can I track my order?

Depending on the product, the production time usually takes 5–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you haven't received this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, feel free to contact us at support@my3dshadow.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Is the price of the product inclusive of tax?

The price of the product does not include tax, and you will need to bear the tax. According to different addresses, taxes and fees will be automatically calculated after clicking checkout.

How do I check my order information?
